Vindhyachala Vamachandra

Vindhyachala Vamachandra (विंध्याचलवामचन्द्र) is an ancient site of Jaina cave temple in Madhya Pradesh. It probably refers to Naga King of Vidisha called Vamachandra (Ramachandra of Vishnupurana).

History
It is to be observed that only the Vishnupurana spells Naga King as Ramachandra; others read it as Sadachandra or Vamachandra. Sesha Nagaraja, Jayaswal's counterpart of Seshadatta of coins, was most probably a mythical person, as the Puranas do not count him Naga Kings of Vidisha....[1]
