Col Dilsukh Maan was born in a small village of distt Jhajjar namely MUDSA. He was graduate of St. Stephens college Delhi. He joined Indian National Army and became very close to Netaji Subhash chandra Bose. He fought against Britisher in second world war in Burma.He along with many others, kept in red fort jail by Britishers and released at the time of Independence of India. He assisted Pratap Singh Kairon and became chairman of Haryana Punjab electricity board.
