Ahluwalia Misal was one of the Sikh Misals in Punjab. The leader of this Misal was Sardar Sadhu Singh Aujla a Jat. But the true founder was Jassa Singh Ahluwalia so this Misal was named after him as Ahluwalian Misal.

The misl derive their name from Ahluwalia.

Organization

This misal lost its existence after the wars of the Sikhs with the British.

The Alhuwalia Dynasty of Kapurthala from Sardar Jassa Singh to Maharaja Sir Jagatjit Singh of Kapurthala. The Alhuwalias of Kapurthala belong to Aujla clan and trace there origin to Ahlu village, a village in Lahore[1] , (hence the name Ahluwalia).
