Bal Ganga River (बलगंगा नदी) is a Himalayan river in Uttarakhand district of Uttarakhand, India, which is a tributary of the Bhilangna River. Bal Ganga is a combination of Bal and Ganga.

The Bal Ganga, whose headwaters are formed at the foot of Mount Kukhli Dhar (elevation 4,600 m), itself has a minor tributary, the Dharam Ganga, which meets it at Thati Kathur (also Budha Kedar) at elevation 1,524 m. The Bal Ganga meets Bhilangna River at Ghansyali at elevation 978 m.
