Chulanaga (चूलनाग) was name of a mountain in Sri Lanka. Chula Naga (a.k.a. Khujjanaga) was King of Anuradhapura in the second century, whose reign lasted from 193 to 195. He succeeded his father Kanittha Tissa as King of Anuradhapura and was succeeded by his brother Kuda Naga.

In Mahavansa

Mahavansa/Chapter 34 mentions about The Eleven Kings.... After the death of Bhatikaraja his younger brother named Mahadathika Maha Naga reigned twelve years, intent on works of merit of many kinds....In Kalayanakannika the ruler of men built the (vihara) called Maninagapabbata and the vihara which was called Kalanda, furthermore on the bank of the Kubukandariver the Samudda-vihara and in Huvacakannika the vihära that bore the name Culanagapabbata.
