Dashauli (दशौली) or Dasholi (दशोली) is a Town in Dasholi Block in Chamoli District of Uttarakhand State, India.
Location
It is located 4 KM towards East from District head quarters Chamoli Gopeshwar. It is a Block head quarter. Dasholi Pin code is 246424 and postal head office is Chamoli. Dasholi is surrounded by Gopeshwar Block towards west , Pokhari Block towards west , Ghat Block towards South , Karnaprayag Block towards South. Pauri , Tehri , Chamba , Almora are the nearby Cities to Dasholi.[1]

History
दशौली-दशमौलिका
विजयेन्द्र कुमार माथुर[2] ने लेख किया है ...दशौली = दशमौलिका (AS, p.430) उत्तराखंड का प्राचीन शिवतीर्थ है. कहा जाता है कि दशानन रावण ने यहां शिवोपासना से दस शिर (मौली=सिर) वरदान में प्राप्त किए थे.
