Jalal

Jalal (जलाल) is a large village in Rampura Phul tahsil of Bhatinda district in Punjab.

Location

It is situated 25km away from sub-district headquarters Rampura Phul (tehsildar office) and 45km away from district headquartes Bathinda.

Maharaja of Nabha had given a manor of 8 villages of Jalal to Captain Bhagwan Singh ancestors (today in Bathinda district).
