Kailash Gahlot

Kailash Gahlot (born 22 July 1974) son of Shri Ram Chadar Gahlot from village Mitrau in Delhi. He was leader of student politics in College and was an advocate. He is two times MLA fromNajafgarh Vidhan Sabha constituency in Delhi. He contested and won MLA election in 2015 and 2020 from Aam Admi Party.
- He was cabinet minister in sixth and seventh assembly - MINISTRY - Administrative reforms, information & technology, law, justice & legislative affairs, transport, revenue.
On 17 November 2024, Gahlot resigned from his ministerial position and the AAP, citing unfulfilled promises and recent controversies. The following day, he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
