Kanakavati (कनकवती) is junction of Yamuna and Paishuni River located at a distance of 16 miles west of Kosam- ancient Kosambi.

विजयेन्द्र कुमार माथुर[1] ने लेख किया है ...कनकवती (AS, p.130) कोसम-प्राचीन कौशांबी से 16 मील पश्चिम में है. यहाँ यमुना और पैशुनी नदी का संगम है.
