Kralpora (क्रालपोरा) is a town and tahsil in Kupwara district of the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

The village Kralpora is located 15 kms from district headquarters Kupwara town. Kralpora is well-connected by road with other places in Jammu and Kashmir and India by the Kupwara-Kralpora Road and Kupwara-Trehgam Road.

Place is mentioned in Rajatarangini as Karala (कराल).....Suvarna: Godhara's son Suvarna, who reigned after Godhara, was a liberal prince ; he gave away gold to beggars, and caused a canal which, he called Suvarna-mani to be dug at Karala (कराल). [1]
