Kuldeep Ruhil is a simple personality in Film and Television. He is from a small Village - Dehkora, near Sampla in Rohtak District in Haryana. His Father Captain Mangli Ram didn't want to him to join the film line but his creativity and interest in theatre take him to Mumbai. But he didn't went there without preparation. He did his Diploma in Direction in Theatre from Indian Theatre, Punjab University Chandigarh from where the famous people like Anupam Kher got his diploma in acting. Before that he did his graduation from University College Rohtak. He was a Student of evening shift there and actively participated in Plays, Skits. His hardwork paid him the reward and he is working on many projects behind the Camera. He is a regular face in the serial "Kittu Sab Jaanti hai". He was featured in the punjabi song "Daak Bangla". He is also working on some film projects in the line of assistant director.
