Kulwant Rana
Kulwant Rana is from Shabaad Daulatpur village and a former MLA of Delhi Legislative Assembly. He won Delhi Assembly elections on BJP Ticket from Shahbaad Daulatpur constituency in 2003 and Rithala constituency in 2008 respectively.
