History

As per the information recieved from Manana village's geneologists & bards (Bhaats), Manana village was established in VS (Vikram Samvat) 1120 on Saturday, 10th day of Katak by two friends, Maman Rathi and Pandit Pharsa Ram Gautam, both of whom came from Jhajjar. the former was a Jat of Parnala (Which is another big Rathi gotra village) and the later was a Brahman. From the former, descended all the Rathi gotra Jats of the village.

Regarding the ancestry of Maman Rathi, his lineage, Rathi clan, as per the geneology, is seen getting traced back to King Anangpal Tomar and his second wife, his second wife was a Jat of Pharaswal gotra of Ghumaneda village, she was the daughter of a person named Lakhan.

The precise geneological migratory pattern of Manana village's Rathi Jats is shown as this-

Hastinapur (In Meerut, West UP) ▶ Tung Desh (As per the geneologists, their ancestors bathed in Tung river in this area) ▶ Tung Patan (As per the geneologists, this place is now called Patna) ▶ Gopal Garh (it is a place in Rajasthan) ▶ Gagor (It is also in Rajasthan) ▶ Bagor (Rajasthan) ▶ Mehrauli ▶ Delhi ▶ Sarpabad (Modern-day Bahadurgarh) ▶ Parnala ▶ Manana

In Parnala village, he became friend with a Brahmin (Pandit Pharsa Ram) of nearby Bipanawa/Bipanwal village which was also in Jhajjar, so they both settled and founded a new village migrating to Panipat.

Manana village also has Brahmins of Gautam gotra whose Shasan is Bipanwal, that Bipanwal shasan comes from that village's name only (Bipanwal).
