Manvi (मानवी) is a town and tahsil in the Raichur district of the Indian state of Karnataka.

History
Manvi is a site of the temples of the Ramashimha and Venkateshwara. There is a temple of Marothi (Maruti) which is on a hill to the west of the town. Beside this temple is a large slab of stone having a long Kannada inscription, A similar inscription is near a wall on the ruined fort. [1]
मानवी, कर्नाटक
मानवी (AS, p.734) जिला रायचूर, कर्नाटक में स्थित है. यहां रामसिंह, वेंकटेश्वर तथा मारुति के मंदिर स्थित हैं. एक प्राचीन किले के खंडहर भी दिखाई पड़ते हैं. मारुति-मंदिर तथा किले के भीतर कन्नड़-अभिलेख पत्थरों पर उत्कीर्ण हैं.[2]
