Prof Chattar Pal Singh Kundu (b 10-03-1960) son of Chaudhary Hukum Singh Kundu from village Faridpur Hisar. He is a professor, agriculturalist, and political leader.
Political career
At the age of 31 he defeated the sitting deputy PM Devi Lal Chautala in 1991 election from Ghirai Assembly. He was made Minister of State for Technical Education. He was MLA again in 2005.
