Ratta Kheda (रत्ता खेडा) is a village in Mandi Dabwali tahsil of District Sirsa in Haryana.

Sardar Attar Singh Sandhu of Ratta khera (Punjab), along with his brother Sardar Ishar Singh Sandhu (Sitting left Side), holding some papers. Standing behind them is their servant Mashi. Sardar Attar Singh Sandhu and his brother two of the five son's of Sardar Punjab Singh Sandhu. They had land holdings in many villages of Punjab, Including Village Ratta Khera, Punjab Singhwala- ferozepur , Hardialeana in Faridkot and Villages of Khuranj, Ghallu, Roranwali, Shatirwala: all in Fazilka area.
