The Mamluk Dynasty (also called Slave Dynasty or Ghulam Dynasty, Hindi: गुलाम वंश) was introduced in Northern India by Qutb-ud-din Aibak, a Turkic general from Central Asia. The Mamluk Dynasty ruled from 1206 to 1290 and it was the first of five unrelated dynasties to rule as the Delhi Sultanate till 1526.The Jats are KNOWN DEFEANTING Mumlak khan dynasty ,they kill mamluk khan kang and take his kingom .
Rulers of Mamluk Dynasty
- Qutb-ud-din Aibak (1206-1210)
- Aram Shah (1210-1211) - slain by Iltutmish in 1211
- Shams-ud-din Iltutmish (1211-1236)
- Rukn-ud-din Firuz (about 7 months only : April-November 1236)
- Raziya Sultan (1236-1240)
- Muiz ud din Bahram, also known as Bahram Shah (1240-1242)
- Ala-ud-din Masud (1242-1246)
- Nasir-ud-din Mahmud, also known as Nasir ud din Firuz Shah (1246–1266)
- Ghiyasu-d din Balban or simply Balban (1266-1286)
- Muiz ud din Qaiqabad (1286-1290)
The rule of Mamluks was ended by Khilji Dynasty in 1290. The Khiljis' rule lasted for a short span of about 30 years (till 1320).
