Sommaripeth (सोम्मरिपेठ) is a village in Betul tahsil of Betul district in Madhya Pradesh. It is find place of Somaripet inscription of the reign of Hazarat Nizam Shah by his order. The name is apparently that of a Muhammadan Governor under the kings of Malwa.[1]
