Vana Parva, Mahabharata/Book III Chapter 82 mentions names Pilgrims. Sundarika Tirtha (सुन्दरिक तीर्थ) is mentioned in Mahabharata (III.82.51).[1]..... Going next to the tirtha called Sundarika (सुन्दरिक) (III.82.51), worshipped by the Siddhas, one obtaineth personal beauty as witnessed by the ancients.


Anusasana Parva/Book XIII Chapter 26 mentions the sacred waters on the earth. Sundarika Hrada (सुंदरिकाह्रद) is mentioned in Mahabharata (III.82.51), (XIII.26.19).[2]..... Bathing in Devika and the lake known by the name of Sundarika as also in the Tirtha called Ashwini, one acquires, in one's next life, great beauty of form.

सुंदरिकाह्रद

सुंदरिकाह्रद (AS, p.970): देविकायामुपस्पृश्य तथा सुन्दरिकाह्रदे, अश्विन्या रूपवर्चस्कं प्रेत्य वै लभते नरः' महाभारत अनुशासन 25,21. यह देविका (पंजाब की नदी देह) के निकट कोई तीर्थ जान पड़ता है. संभव है यह सुंदरिका नदी का कोई कुंड हो. [3]
