Famous people of Chhara

Will someone help to put the name of the last Editor of Jat Gazette (the newspaper founded by Ch. Chottu Ram ji) who was, I believe, from V. Chhara.

Sir Chhottu Ram ji was not from Chhara village. He was from Garhi village, (near Chhara). It is also called "Garhi Sanpala".

Chhara village has 'Dalal' gotra of Jats and Garhi has 'Ohlyan' gotra. - Dndeswal 01:33, 14 October 2008 (EDT)
