Chitawa (चितावा) is a large village in Nawa tehsil of Nagaur district in Rajasthan.

- Nunda Ram Burdak (Naik) (b: -d.19.10.1987) is a martyr of Operation Pawan on 19.10.1987 in Sri Lanka. He is from village Chitawa in Nawa tahsil of Nagaur district in Rajasthan. His wife is Kahani Devi. His son Dhanraj Burdak is a Doctor. His statue was installed in the village on 28 April 2013.
