Elangadala (एलंगदाल) is a historical place in Karimnagar district of Telangana.

History
Malik Kafur, a general of Alauddin Khilji, invaded this country in the year 1309 and defeated Raja Pratap of Warangal and the forts of Elgandal and Malangur fell into Muslim hands. In 1507 these forts passed into the hands of Qutb Shahis along with Warangal. These were later occupied by the Nizam. The fort at Elgandal, built by Zafaruddaula about 1754, contains a mosque with a minaret which oscillates when shaken. [1]
एलंगदाल
विजयेन्द्र कुमार माथुर[2] ने लेख किया है ...एलंगदाल (AS, p.112) आन्ध्र प्रदेश के ज़िला करीम नगर में स्थित है। जफरुद्दौला ने 1754 ई. में एलंगदाल में एक क़िले का निर्माण किया था। इसके भीतर मस्जिद की एक मीनार हिलाने से डोलने-सी लगती है।
