Garwa (गरवा) Garva (गरवा) Garva (गर्वा)/Garvi (गर्वी)[1][2] Garvi (गरवी)[3] is gotra of Jats. [4] They are found in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
History
Lake Urmia (Persian: دریاچه ارومیه) is a salt lake in northwestern Iran between the provinces of East Azarbaijan and West Azarbaijan, west of the southern portion of the similarly shaped Caspian Sea. Lake Urmia has 102 islands. Garivak (Garwa) is one of the islands, which probably gives name to this gotra. (see - Iran)
