Guru Mangat

Guru Mangat is a town, now in Pakistan, owned Punjab ^[1] and from its name, it may be said that the town was founded by the Jats of Mangat clan. Today, Mangat is a well known Jat clan name, at least among the Jat Sikhs ^[2]. ^[3]
