Krishnagandaki

Krishnagandaki (कृष्णगंडकी) or Kali Gandaki (काली गण्डकी) is one of the major rivers of Nepal. It is same as Gandaki River.

Course
The Kali Gandaki river source is at the border with Tibet at an elevation of 6,268 metres at the Nhubine Himal Glacier in the Mustang region of Nepal. The Kali Gandaki then flows southwest (with the name of Mustang Khola on old, outdated maps) through a sheer-sided, deep canyon before widening at the steel footbridge at Chele, where part of its flow funnels through a rock tunnel, and from this point the now wide river is called the Kali Gandaki on all maps. In Kagbeni a major tributary named Johng Khola, Kak Khola or Krishnaa descends from Muktinath. The river then flows southward through a steep gorge known as the Kali Gandaki Gorge, or Andha Galchi, between the mountains Dhaulagiri to the west and Annapurna I.
कृष्णगंडकी नदी
विजयेन्द्र कुमार माथुर[1] ने लेख किया है ...कृष्णगंडकी नदी (AS, p.220) भारत के पड़ोसी देश नेपाल में बहने वाली नदी है। इस नदी का उद्भव मुक्तिनाथ पर्वत में है, जिसकी ऊँचाई समुद्र तल से 12000 फुट है। यह नदी धवलगिरि और अन्नपूर्णा नामक हिमालय की श्रंग मालाओं के बीच से होकर बहती है। मुक्तिनाथ के निकट चक्रा-देविका नदियों में कृष्णगंडकी नदी मिल जाती है।
