Nuna Mazrah

Nuna Mazrah (नूणा माजरा) is a Jat village in Jhajjar district in Haryana.
Location
It is situated a few kilometres away from Bahadurgarh, just on Bahadurgarh-Jhajjar road. Earlier, the village fell in Rohtak district but after creation of new Jhajjar district, it now falls in Jhajjar (Tehsil Badurgarh).

- Ram Swarup Joon (रामस्वरुप जून), a Jat historian, was born at village Nuna Mazrah in Rohtak district in Haryana. He has written a book "History of the Jats" in Hindi in 1938 which was translated in English in 1967. The English version was translated from Hindi by Lt. Col. Dal Singh, Kumaon Regiment. He was in the Indian army. The Jat history book by Ram Swarup is available on line at History of the Jats Online
- Major Risal Singh, son of Ram Swarup Joon, was also in Indian army , 3/9 The Jat Regiment, who was commissioned in 1938. He died on 21 June 1940 in a war with German army in Imphal-Kohima.
