Education and service

Shri Phateh Singh received his early education from Govt High School Dalawas and did his graduation from GVMGRR college, Charkhi Dadri. He did his M.A. English from BITS, Pilani and then joined as Lecturer in English in Haryana Government Education Department. Later he joined HCS {Executive Branch} and then was promoted to IAS.
