Raghuvinder Shokeen (born 18th December 1966) son of Chaudhary Joginder Shokeen is from village Nangloi Jat in Delhi. Raghuvinder is an Engineer, Social Worker, Businessman and a politician. He has contested elections. He was MCD councilor and MLA from Delhi Vidhan Sabha. he became Minister in Delhi in 2024 November
