Rahan[1] (रहाण)[2] [3]/ (रहान) is gotra of Jats found in Distt Moradabad in UP.

History

In the Wardak Inscription of year 51 of Havishka, the Kushana ruler, we find links to four Jat clans namely, Gulya, Burdak, Rahan and Mitya.

Distribution

Rahan Kalan, Rahan Khurd villages are in Etmadpur (एत्मादपुर) tahsil in Agra district in Uttar Pradesh.
