Saptasagara (सप्तसागर) refers to the “seven oceans” as mentioned in Puranik Bhugol.

Saptasāgara (सप्तसागर) or simply Sāgara refers to the “seven oceans” as defined in the Dharma-saṃgraha (section 126):[1][2]
- kṣāra (salty),
- kṣīra (milky),
- dadhi (coagulated),
- udadhi (watery),
- ghṛta (buttery),
- madhu (sweet),
- surā (spirituous).
सप्तसागर
सप्तसागर (AS, p.934): लवण, क्षीर, सूरा, घृत, इक्षु, दधि, एवं स्वादु ये पौराणिक भूगोल के सात समुद्र हैं. [3]
