The book on Dr. Sarup Singh is written by Dr. Bhim S. Dahiya. Emphases on the singular 'S', both are different people. The one who wrote that book is still alive and read and wrote about English literature all his life whereas this person (Bhim 'Singh' Dahiya) only wrote about history.
