Talwara Banswara

Talwara (तलवाड़ा) (Talwada) is a village and tahsil in Banswara tahsil and district in Rajasthan. Its ancient name was Talapataka (तलपाटक).

Formerly there was a temple of Shantinatha at this place and recognozed as tirtha by Siddhasena's Sakalatirthastota. At present there is a temple of Sambhavanatha.^[1]
