Thand
Thand (थन्द)/(थान्द)[1][2] [3] Thandi (थन्दी) Thind (ठिंड/ठीन्ड) is a Gotra of Jats in Jind Haryana. This gotra is found in Gujars also. [4]
History
Ram Sarup Joon[5] writes that...about 70 Jat Gotras joined the Gujar force and started calling themselves Gujars. Thand is one of them.
Thand clan have no jathera at all.[6]
Bhim Singh Dahiya write:[7] Here, there seems to be references to at least two Jat tribes,viz., the Tals and the Thandis in the words Talajanghas and Tundikaras.

128. Tandi - They are now called Thandi, a Jat clan. Samavidhana Br. speaks of a dynasty of Tandis.[9]
