Asawari Village have a very old history. This village was born during the arrival of three Bhati sardar brothers from Jaisalmer. These three sardars were Jaisa Bhati. All three were great warrior hence the former Jodhpur Maharaja wanted them to settle in Marwar region. | |||
All three sardars were given three villages, viz. Khejarla, Asawari and Lavera. Initially these areas were used to be isolated but these three Noble person developed their respective villages and provided facilities to the common man. | |||
The Noble Bhati of Asawari wanted to grow more and hence he started doing alliances & treaty with other strong casts like "Jaat". | |||
Jaat is a strong warrior cast whose main work during those times were farming, animal husbandry and security. | |||
The Noble Bhati got 800 bighas of land from Jodhpur Maharaja out of which he gave a big part to Jaat person to flourish and gave same respect to the leader as a noble because he thought that if we are together we are strong. | |||
Asawari Mata is the god mother of village and have a very beautiful temple here were devotees come all around the year. | |||
After ruling for more then 80 years the Bhati sardar and his family had to move to Ladnun due to some emergency. Since then Jaat are very strong in this area and flourishing. | |||

Asawari (असावरी) is a village in Marwar Mundwa tehsil of Nagaur district in Rajasthan.
