A.K. Balyan
Dr. A.K. Balyan took over as President of National Institute of Personnel Management at its 26th Annual General Meeting held at Kolkata on 23rd of September 2006. Dr. Balyan, who is Director (HR) of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC), took the baton of the premium institute from Mr. Partho Chatterjee, who had been holding the post for four years.
