Chhabra People

Chhabra is a prmominent Jat Sikh clan found majorly in Punjab,Delhi,Haryana and Rajasthan. They are mostly sikhs and hindus .

Origin

Chhabras were generally common demographic group found primarily in Punjab region. The Chhabras were considered a subset of Punjabi Arora community. In fact Chhabras originating from Chhab, West Punjab are a distinct but related to the Aroras originating from Aror, Sindh. Years after Chhabras and Aroras were considered as the leading Jats in Punjab.
