Dandyan
Dandyan(Hindi:डांडयान, Punjabi: ਦੰਦੇਅਾਣ) (Dandian, Dandean, Dandiana, Dyandyan, Dindyan) is Gotra of Jats found mostly in Kurukshetra District of Haryana and Sangrur District of Punjab.

Dandya (दण्ड्य), adjudged for punishment, is mentioned by Panini in Ashtadhyayi. [1]
History
They had come to Kurukshetra from Delhi and to Phumanwal & Kala Jhad (Sangrur) from Karah Sahib (Pehowa) during the medieval times.
