Dehru (डेहरु), Dehdu (देहडू), Dedu (दे्डू)[1] is Gotra of Jats found in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.

Origin

This gotra of Jats is said to have originated from Dibhuri (डिभुरी) who came from Greece in ancient times. [2]

History

Ram Sarup Joon[3] writes that...about 70 Jat Gotras joined the Gujar force and started calling themselves Gujars. Dehru is one of them.
