Machak River (माचक नदी) is a river in Harda district, Madhya Pradesh, India, and it is a distributary of the Tawa River.

The Tawa Machak Distributary Medium Irrigation Project is associated with this river. The Machak River is part of the Narmada river basin. There have been reports of floods in the Machak River, including a recent one mentioned in a study on flash flood threats to Indian rail bridges.
