Mange Ram Jatrana, from Bijwasan village Delhi. He was MLA from Narela in 1951 first Assembly of Delhi from Congress. Later he was Metropolitan Council member from Palam in 1972 from congress. He was Finance Executive Councilor equivalent to a Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi along with Chaudhary Hira Singh Jatrana
