Manota (or Manotta) is a village in Rajapur Block in Ghaziabad District of Uttar Pradesh. It belongs to Meerut Division .

It is located 18 KM towards north, from District headquarters, Ghaziabad.

History

Long time ago, Sehrawat people of the village had hailed out from Mehrauli village of Delhi. Some of them settled down in Jalalabad, the neighbouring village. Other Sehrawat occupied near Hapur on Modinagar-Hapur highway.
