Nithara
Nithara (निठारा) is a village Shahpura tehsil, Jaipur district in Rajasthan.
Founder
Nithara was founded by Nitharwal Jats and is their place of origin.
Location
It is situated on Jaipur-Delhi National Highway between Manoharpura and Shahpura city. Its population as of 2001 is 2,219.
History
According to Mansukh Ranwa there is a village Nithara near Viratnagar in Jaipur district which is the place of origin of Nitharwal Jats. The Jats of this village were called Nitharwal. They have descended from Kachhwaha vans. They migrated from village Nithara and founded village Hanspur. Later on they founded villages Bharni, Ringas and Sitaram Pura.
