Smt Parsanni Devi (10 August 10 1931 - 2014) daughter of Ch Daya Chand Arya, Jat of Seenk village of Israna Tehsil of Panipat district of Haryana. She married Prof. Dharam Singh Dhillon (a Hindu Jat) of village Dauhla also called Hadola in Jind Haryana. She was 6 time MLA from Punjab and Haryana 1962, 1967, 1968, 1972, 1982 and 2005, 2 times Minister in Haryana 1972 and 1982.
