Ramesh Chandra Mothra (रमेश चन्द्र मोठड़ा) is twice winner of President's Jiwan raksha award. He was born on 15 May 1949 in village Khajwana (खजवाना) in Nagaur tahsil district Nagaur in Rajasthan. His father is Ch Lala Ram Mothra.
He did his M A in History from Jodhpur and joined as enforcement officer in food and Civil supplies Department.
He received President's Jiwan raksha award in 1973 when posted at Desuri. Second time he received President's Jiwan raksha award in 1983 while on tour in Ajmer when he saved lives of 12 people who were burning in fire.
