Tihar

Tihar is a village in Rajori Garden Tahsil of District West Delhi in Delhi. The Central jail is built on the land of this village and also called as Tiahr Jail.

• Tihar was a Jat village of Gotra Grewal but many families shifted to the their farms in nearby village Nangli Jalib.
• Muslim Tyagi lived here and shifted to Pakistan after partition
