Vatera (वाटेरा) is an ancient town in tahsil Pindwara in Sirohi district in Rajasthan.

History

Its antiquity goes back to 12th century. It is considered sacred to Shantinatha but formerly it was associated with Mahavira. [1]

It is located in west of Pindwara.
