Vinay Chhikkara was born on 4 August in small village of Haryana. His family moved to DELHI NCR in 1988. After completing his schooling, He earned his LL.B degree from Faculty of Law, Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak, and later LL.M.Corporate Law, M.B.A. International Business, M.B.A. Human Resources Management. He joined the bar association in 2005 and dealing in all kinds of cases & setting up his own offices at NEW DELHI and District Sonepat
