Malpura is located at 26.28° N 75.38° E. It has an average elevation of 332 metres (1089 feet).
Demographics
As of 2001 India census, Malpura had a population of 27,242. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Malpura has an average literacy rate of 62%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 73%, and female literacy is 50%. In Malpura, 17% of the population is under 6 years of age.

Shri Kalyan Ji Mandir
Shri Kalyan Ji Mandir is a sacred shrine situated at Diggi Village near Malpura of Tonk District. It is dedicated to Lord Anirudh. The temple is constructed in Pratihar style of architecture.
Visitors from far and near visit this temple on the full moon day. The annual fair conducted on Bhadrapada Shukla Ekadashi is celebrated with pomp and splendor by the devotees.
