Bighana Jat (बिघाना जाट), is a small village in Behror tehsil of Alwar district.

Location

This Village touches Rewari district Haryana from three side. As it is surrounded by Haryana, But it is in Rajasthan. It is 17 km from Rewari (Haryana), 11 km from Bawal (Haryana), 14 km from Shahjahanpur (Rajasthan). It is 105 km far away from Delhi by NH-8 (Delhi-Jaipur).

History

In Behror tehsil, there are only three villages of Jats. It is supposed that some people from Charkhi Dadri (Haryana) came here. It is a small village and covered by Jats.

The Beeghana Jat village has a total population of 1038 only, of which 527 are males while 511 are females (as per Population Census 2011).
