Rajendra Prasad Bhambu (Subedar) (01.07.1974-11.08.2022) was from Mali Gaon village in Chirawa tahsil of Jhunjhunu district in Rajasthan. He became Martyr of Militancy at Rajauri on 13.08.2022 in Jammu and Kashmir.
Terrorist attack
Some terrorists attacked the army camp located in Pargal in Rajouri area of Kashmir last night. Three jawans were martyred in the clash between the army and the terrorists. One of these jawans is Subedar Rajendra Prasad Bhambu, a resident of Maligaon in Alipur Panchayat of Jhunjhunu. 48-year-old Rajendra Prasad Bhambu had come from the village only last month. The terrorists entered the army camp late at night and in the encounter Rajendra Prasad Bhumbu was martyred for the country. The news of the martyrdom of Subedar Rajendra Prasad Bhumbu has cast a shadow of mourning on the village.

Subedar Rajendra Prasad Bhambu, was among the three army jawans who were martyred in a terror attack in the Rajouri area of Jammu and Kashmir early on Thursday 11.08.2022. Rajendra was a resident of Maligaon in Jhunjhunu.
The family members were busy preparing for his daughter’s wedding that was to take place in November. They were inconsolable when they heard the news of his martyrdom.
Rajendra Prasad had visited his family last month and was supposed to get leaves soon so that he could come to the village and help with preparations for his daughter’s wedding.
The villagers grieved the news of the loss and said that Rajendra was a true patriot.
“Whenever he visited the village which was not very often as he didn’t get many leaves, he would try helping the villagers. His daughter got engaged two months ago. He was very happy and was looking forward to returning soon so that he could make preparations for the wedding,” said a villager.
He is survived by his wife and three children including two daughters Priya and Sakshi and a son Anshul. Many members of his family have served in the army including his father Badru Singh.
Subedar Rajendra Prasad and two other jawans had got seriously injured in a terror attack. They neutralised two terrorists who were on a suicide attack.

Martyr's body reached home
3 soldiers, including Rajasthan Subedar Rajendra Prasad Bhambu (48), were killed in Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir, 11 August 2022 in the early hours of Thursday. Rajendra was a resident of Maligaon in Jhunjhunu. On July 16, he went back on duty after celebrating leave. She was scheduled to come to her daughter Priya to be held in November. Meanwhile, the family members got the news of his martyrdom.
As soon as the body reached the body, the body of Koharamrajendra Prasad in the house reached the house in front of his house in Maligaon at 12.15 pm. Veerangana Taramani, mother and daughters Priya and Sakshi's patience broke the dam. The mother became insensible to see her son's body and wife's husband's body. The slogans of martyr Rajendra Prasad Amar Rahe started echoing in the village. The echo of Bharat Mata Ki Jai and Vande Mataram was heard far and wide. There is a huge crowd outside the house. People have tricolor in their hands. Here the family members will have the last darshan of their Lal, after this the funeral will be done with military honors.
Papa did not think like this- Priyarajendra Prasad's elder daughter Priya said that I said that I am very much on my father It is more proud. He sacrificed his life for the country. My family is also very proud of them. When asked Priya that Papa had gone to your marriage, he ever thought that he would come like this. Priya became emotional and said- It was not thought that all this would happen.
Earlier the body of martyr Rajendra Prasad reached Chidawa late on Friday night. The body was stopped by Chidawa. At 8 am today, he was sent to his ancestral village. A large number of youths were walking with the body as a tricolor journey from Ojtu bypass in Chidawa. On the way, tributes were paid to their dearness from place to place. The body reached Maligaon, the ancestral village of Rajendra via Baghad. Preparations are being made to perform the last rites of the martyr in his ancestral village of Maligaon.
Shaheed Rajendra Prasad's body was brought to Srinagar by helicopter from Rajouri on Friday afternoon. The body was brought to Delhi by air from Srinagar at three o'clock. Guard of Honor was given at the airport in Delhi. There the unit officials paid homage to the family members and handed over to the family members.
Friday evening, the martyr's body was sent from Delhi to Chidawa by road by road by road. District Sainik Welfare Officer Parvez Hussain said that the body had reached Chidawa at 1:15 pm on Friday. The army vehicle was parked in the police station. The body reached the ancestral village of the martyr via Chidawa and Baghad. Singh came. All these are posted in Rajouri.

परगल कैंप आतंकी हमला
सूबेदार राजेन्द्र प्रसाद का जन्म 1 जुलाई 1974 को राजस्थान के झुंझुनूं जिले के मालीगांव गांव में जाट रेजिमेंट के पूर्व सैनिक श्री बदरुराम भांबू के परिवार में हुआ था। वर्ष 1994 में उनका विवाह आबूसर निवासी तारामणि के साथ हुआ था। 23 फरवरी 1995 को वह भारतीय सेना की राजपुताना राइफल्स रेजिमेंट में राइफलमैन के पद पर भर्ती हुए थे। प्रशिक्षण के पश्चात उन्हें 11 राजरिफ बटालियन में नियुक्त किया गया था।
सूबेदार राजेन्द्र प्रसाद ने कारगिल युद्ध 1999 के ऑपरेशन विजय, ऑपरेशन रक्षक और अन्य सैन्य अभियानों में भाग लिया था। अपनी बटालियन में भिन्न भिन्न परिचालन परिस्थितियों और स्थानों पर पर सेवाएं देते हुए वर्ष 2018 में वह सूबेदार के पद पर पदौन्नत हो गए थे।
वर्ष 2020 में उनकी बटालियन को राजरिफ सेंटर दिल्ली से जम्मू कश्मीर के राजौरी जिले के परगल कैंप में तैनात किया गया था।
11-12 अगस्त 2022 की देर रात राजौरी से 25 किमी दूर परगल सैन्य शिविर में दो आतंकवादियों ने बाड़ काटकर प्रवेश करने का प्रयास किया। जिस पर सतर्क सुरक्षाबलों ने गोलियां चलाईं।
इस भीषण मुठभेड़ में दोनों विदेशी आतंकवादी मारे गए और सूबेदार राजेन्द्र प्रसाद, मालीगांव, झुंझुनूं, राजस्थान, राइफलमैन लक्षमणन डी. टी पुडुपट्टी, मदुरै, तमिलनाडु, राइफलमैन मनोज कुमार, शाहजहांपुर, फरीदाबाद, हरियाणा वहीं पर वीरगति को प्राप्त हो गए। 5 जवान घायल हो गए। इन घायल जवानों में राइफलमैन निशांत मलिक, हांसी, हिसार हरियाणा भी अंततः वीरगति को प्राप्त हुए।
इन आतंकवादियों से 2 एके-47 राइफलें, 9 मैगजीन, 300 एके गोलियां, 5 हथगोले प्राप्त हुए। यदि ये कैंप में आगे तक प्रवेश करने में सफल हो जाते तो भारी क्षति पहुंचाते।
कारगिल युद्ध में सूबेदार राजेन्द्र प्रसाद, राजवीर, मनोज एवं कमलेश ये चार मित्र तैनात थे। इन्होंने उस समय निर्णय लिया था की यदि अपने में से किसी को कारगिल युद्ध में बलिदान होकर तिरंगे में लिपट कर घर जाने का सौभाग्य मिले तो जो बचेंगे वह घर छोडने साथ जाएंगे। 23 वर्ष पश्चात राजेन्द्र प्रसाद के बलिदान होने पर उनके मित्र सूबेदार राजवीर ने यह वचन पूर्ण किया। वह इनकी पार्थिव देह के साथ घर आए थे।
सूबेदार राजेन्द्र 28 फरवरी 2023 को सेवानिवृत्त होने वाले थे परंतु उनके भाग्य में राष्ट्र की एकता और अखंडता की रक्षा के लिए अमरत्व प्राप्त करना था।

झुंझुनू के अलीपुर पंचायत के मालीगांव के सूबेदार राजेंद्र प्रसाद भाम्भू ने मां भारती की रक्षा का वचन पूरा करते हुए रक्षाबंधन के दिन अपनी शहादत दे दी. जम्मू कश्मीर के राजौरी इलाके के परगल में स्थित आर्मी कैंप में बीती रात को कुछ आतंकियों ने हमला कर दिया था. इस दौरान सेना और आतंकियों की मुठभेड़ में सेना के 3 जवान शहीद हो गए. इनमें से एक जवान झुंझुनूं के अलीपुर पंचायत के मालीगांव के रहने वाले सूबेदार राजेंद्र प्रसाद भाम्भू थे. उनके भतीजे विजेंद्र ने बताया कि सुबह उनके साथी के जरिए सूचना मिली की देर रात को उनके कैंप पर आतंकी हमला हुआ है और आतंकियों से लोहा लेते हुए उनके चाचा सूबेदार राजेंद्र प्रसाद वीरगति को प्राप्त हुए हैं. उनकी शहादत की खबर से गांव में गमगीन माहौल हो गया.
राजेंद्र प्रसाद का जन्म 1 जुलाई 1974 को मालीगांव में हुआ था. वे 23 फरवरी 1995 को सेना में भर्ती हुए.
उनकी शादी तारामणि से जून 1994 को हुई थी. राजेंद्र प्रसाद तीन भाई-बहनों में सबसे बड़े थे. उनके एक भाई राजेश कुमार अध्यापक हैं तो वहीं उनकी बहन मुकेश ग्रहणी हैं. राजेंद्र प्रसाद के दो बेटियां और एक बेटा है. बड़ी बेटी प्रिया अभी जयपुर में चाचा के पास रहकर एमएससी की पढ़ाई कर रही है तो वहीं छोटी बेटी साक्षी बीएससी के फाइनल ईयर में है. बेटा अंशुल तीसरी कक्षा में है. सरपंच प्रतिनिधि अजीत कुमार ने बताया कि सूबेदार राजेंद्र प्रसाद ने आतंकियों से लोहा लेते हुए भारत माता की रक्षा के लिए अपने प्राण न्योछावर किए हैं. पूरे गांव को उनकी शहादत पर गर्व है.
बेटी की होने वाली थी शादी - कुछ दिन पहले ही वे गांव आ कर गए थे. बेटी की अगले साल मार्च में ही शादी है जिसे लेकर वे काफी उत्साहित थे. उन्होंने गांव में मकान का काम भी शुरू कर रखा था और जल्द ही छुट्टी लेकर आने की बात भी कही थी. शहादत से पहले रात को उनकी बेटी से उनकी वीडियो कॉलिंग के जरिये बात हुई थी. वह इसी साल रिटायर होने वाले थे और उन्होंने अपनी लड़की की शादी की भी तैयारियां कर रखी थीं. परिजनों ने बताया कि उन्हें सुबह सूचना दी गई थी कि वे शहीद हो गए हैं. उनके गांव में पूरे राजकीय सम्मान से अंतिम संस्कार किया जाएगा.
राजेंद्र प्रसाद भांबू के भाई अध्यापक राजेश भांबू ने बताया कि बीती रात को आठ बजे ही उनकी अपनी बेटी के साथ बात हुई थी. तब तक सब कुछ ठीक था. देर रात को आतंकी आर्मी के कैंप में घुसे ओर मुठभेड़ में राजेंद्र प्रसाद भांबू देश के लिए शहीद हो गए. सूबेदार राजेंद्र प्रसाद भांबू की शहादत की सुचना के बाद गांव में मातम पसर गया.

सचिन पायलट ने श्रद्धाजंलि दी
पूर्व डिप्टी सीएम सचिन पायलट ने ट्वीट कर लिखा- जम्मू-कश्मीर के राजौरी में हुए आतंकी हमले में शहीद हुए भारतीय सेना के वीर जवानों को मैं श्रद्धाजंलि अर्पित करते हुए उनकी शहादत को नमन करता हूं। घायल जवानों के शीघ्र स्वास्थ्य लाभ की कामना करता हूं। ईश्वर दिवंगत आत्माओं की शांति एवं जवानों को संबल प्रदान करें।[1]

राजकीय सम्मान के साथ शहीद राजेंद्र का अंतिम संस्कार, बेटे ने दी मुखाग्नि - जम्मू-कश्मीर के राजौरी में आतंकियों के आत्मघाती हमले में दुश्मनों से लोहा लेते गुरुवार को सूबेदार राजेंद्र प्रसाद भांभू शहीद (Martyr Subedar Rajendra Prasad Bhambhu) हो गए थे. आज उनका राजकीय सम्मान के साथ अंतिम संस्कार (Last rites of martyr Rajendra) किया गया. शहीद सूबेदार का पार्थिव शरीर कल देर रात करीब 1 बजे झुंझुनू के चिड़ावा थाना पहुंच गया था. आज चिड़ावा के ओजटू बाईपास से शहीद के सम्मान में तिरंगा यात्रा निकाली गई जिसमें बड़ी संख्या में लोग शामिल हुए. इस दौरान बाइक और गाड़ियों के साथ जुलूस के रूप में रास्ते भर तमाम लोगों के साथ कई स्कूलों के छात्रों ने भी शहीद के सम्मान में निकाली गई तिरंगा यात्रा पर पुष्प वर्षा की.
शहीद का पार्थिव शरीर जब घर पहुंचा तो कोहराम मच गया. शहीद के गांव से लेकर घर तक शहीद को अंतिम विदाई देने के लिए रिश्तेदारों और ग्रामीणों का जमावड़ा लगा हुआ था. पार्थिव शरीर गांव पहुंचते ही रास्ते से ही ग्रामीण पुष्पवर्षा और राजेंद्र प्रसाद अमर रहेें और भारत माता की जय के नारे लगाने लगे. पार्थिव शरीर घर पहुंचा तो परिजनों ने अपने लाडले के लिपट कर रोने लगे जिसे देख ग्रामीणों की आंखें भी नम हो गईं.
ग्रामीणोें की आंखों में एक जांबांज सिपाही के जाने के दुख के साथ गर्व भी था. शहीद के साथ आए जवानों ने शहीद को गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर दिया. इसके साथ ही राजस्थान पुलिस के जवानों ने भी शहीद राजेंद्र को गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर देकर श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की. शहीद के 8 साल के बेटे अंशुल ने अपने पिता शहीद राजेंद्र को मुखाग्नि (Son gave fire to martyr Rajendra) दी. इस दौरान सैनिक कल्याण मंत्री राजेन्द्र गुढ़ा, सांसद नरेंद्र कुमार, पिलानी विधायक जेपी चंदेलिया, जिला कलेक्टर लक्षमण सिंह कुड़ी, एसपी मृदुल कच्छावा, एडीएम जगदीश गौड़ ने शहीद के पार्थिव शरीर पर पुष्प अर्पित कर श्रद्धांजलि (many leaders gave homage to martyr) अर्पित की.
